Cancellation Policy:
Client has the RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT at any time. Client understands it must notify Company of its intent to cancel by contacting the Company Customer Care Center at 800-471-2998, or by fax to 888-977-3693, or email to info@palmertaxgroup.com Client agrees if they cancel this Contract after services have been rendered, Client is still obligated to pay for those services that have been rendered.
Delivery Policy:
All services will be rendered and delivered prior to payment. All deliveries will be via email, fax, overnight mail service and/or USPS regular way mail.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are issued on a case by case basis since there are no payments or charges made until AFTER services are rendered. In the event that after the IRS/State transcripts are pulled and nothing can be done to fix the clients tax problem or the Client does not have a tax debt; Company will refund the Exploratory Deposit Cost.
